The return may be made within 15 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and its identification tag. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to the refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 15 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to reimbursement. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
